We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to oversee and manage the administrative operations of our East Kilbride office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting leadership, and contributing to the overall positive culture of the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating administrative operations to ensure the office functions efficiently, including management of office supplies. Providing high-level support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel organisation and correspondence handling. Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for review. Holder and administrator of company credit card for ad-hoc expenses. Updating local KPIs, internal documentation and organisation charts as needed for new and emerging services. Assisting in the placement of procured items for the business by utilising the internal purchase requisition/PRINCE systems. Leading the coordination of office based social events. Monitoring and maintaining office compliance with health, safety, and organisational policies. Other reasonable duties that may be required in support of the business. Essential Criteria: Administrative experience, including the use of office based systems. A flexible approach, with a positive and professional attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Organised, with the ability to prioritise own workload. Attention to detail. Fully competent in the basic use of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel etc. A good team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who actively and positively engages with colleagues with a proactive approach to change and self-development. Self-driven and results orientated.
