Job summary We are looking for an efficient and motivated individual to join our Team as a Business Unit Support Secretary within the Child Health Directorate. Main duties of the job The primary purpose of this role is to Support the Business Unit and Senior Management team within the Child Health Directorate with all administrative and clerical duties. o Act up in absence of a Business Unit Secretary for periods of annual leave/short-term sickness absence. Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language or equivalent knowledge A recognised secretarial qualification to at least RSA 3 typing/word processing, audio skills and shorthand or equivalent experience Experience and Knowledge Desirable Experience of working in the healthcare field, minimum of 3 years Good knowledge of ESR, PAS, iProcurement and Enable systems ECDL Skills and Abilities Essential Experience of formal Minute taking and Committee work Other Requirements Essential You may also need to travel between Trust premises as required for the performance of your duties.
