What you'll do We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Chapter Lead to join our agile multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for managing and leading one of our content teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. This role's purpose is to manage and develop a team of Content Designers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth in sales through our digital channels. You will be responsible for the development of the team and strategic improvements. Ensuring that the team can deliver best in class quality of work, fostering an environment of collaboration and ensuring optimal ways of working. This role will work closely with key stakeholders across consumer. You will work in an Agile team alongside product owners, scrum masters and content designers, and you'll have regular contact with other teams such as UX design, user research, SEO and eCommerce. Key accountabilities: Line manage content team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development. Collaborate with squads to deliver content projects efficiently and effectively. Support the Content Strategy Lead in representing the content chapter across the business. Develop and evolve guidelines in collaboration with stakeholders, including tone of voice and CMS functionality and design system. Identify learning and upskilling opportunities for the content chapter, understanding the skills of each member and facilitating knowledge sharing and growth. Be accountable for the production of high-quality content and direct the approach to content life cycle management. Act as a recognised expert and continuously reflect on the work of the team and constructively challenge the team to improve processes and delivery. Manage long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders, identifying where new connections need to be made and existing ones nurtured. Who you are Experienced in content management and strategy. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expert in Agile methodologies and digital design best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to evaluate and implement strategies effectively. Experience in user-centred design and content creation across multiple channels.
