A highly organised Head of Facilities/Facilities Manager is now needed to join an award-winning and client focused fit out contractor.
The role for the Facilities Manager will be hybrid, supporting across London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
The Facilities Manager Role
The successful Facilities Manager will be the main vocal point for managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive contracts. There will also be opportunity to grow business relations with onsite clients.
It is with preference that the Facilities Manager has a strong background in facilities management and a proven track record of team leadership and business growth.
You will be involved in schemes ranging from Commercial, Retail and Office fit out. With CAT A, B and Cut & Carve styles.
These projects range in value from £350K - £4M.
The Facilities Manager
Clear evidence of Facilities Management
Ideally all from a Construction background (Commercial fit out ideal)
CAT A, A+ or B exposure
Knowledge and understanding of PPM
The use of “Simpro” would be an advantage
Awareness of commercial decisions
Ability to communicate effectively.
