An exciting opportunity has arisen on Ward 31 at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. We are looking for a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse with an interest in acute orthopaedic trauma nursing and who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing the best possible care for our patients whilst sharing our vision and values in best practice. We require someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as an organised person with a positive attitude who is flexible and proactive. You should have excellent leadership skills and be a good role model as you will be required to lead junior members of the team. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care on the ward, completing thorough nursing assessments, patient feedback surveys, participating in audits as well as supporting the Ward Manager with length of stay and delivering and improving the quality of care within the ward.
