As the Product Content Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Content Assistants who will be responsible for the on-site execution of all our products across our digital platforms. You will also be coaching and developing the team to ensure we collectively provide the most engaging experience for our customers. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Help Product Content Team Lead deliver BAU activities by running team meetings and ensuring all Product Content work is timely and to brief. Support the adoption of our any new system and processes within the Product Content Team. Ensure all work and processes have robust user guides, and that the team and any new starters are fully trained. Help new starters become inducted into the team culture. Become an SME in digital analytics and help the Team Lead drive adoption of data-led decision making. Review operational output of all Product Content Assistants to ensure all product launches happen on time, and to brand guidelines. Support weekly operational meetings with Product Content Assistants, escalating any issues where required. Develop towards running 121s with Product Content Assistants to discuss; performance, personal development, career goals, etc. Support the Product Content Team Lead in maintaining best practice and standards within the Product Content Team.
