The Role The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for the business. The position will have a number of key responsibilities including (but not limited to): Process end to end payroll including data entry, verification of timesheets, salary adjustments, deductions and other payroll related inputs Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality Process payroll in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines, whilst keeping up to date with new legislation Administer employee benefits Deal with inquiries and discrepancies related to payroll, deductions, taxes and other compensation matters Produce payroll reports and reconciliations for the Management Accounts team. Identify improvements for payroll processe Regularly audit and reconcile payroll records to identify and correct discrepancies. What it Takes 2 years experience as a payroll administrator Experinence of operating both weekly and monthly high volume payroll Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant payroll packages to process and manage payroll accuratley and timely Strong analytical skills Hours of Work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours being 10am to 4pm.
