Main purpose of job
* The role sits within the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC). The successful applicant will be required to carry out alarm handling, CCTV monitoring on bespoke systems, PC data entry, and operational manning activities to sites and camera locations.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
* Carry out operational manning activities covering camera sites and out of hours operations phones ensuring that any issues are highlighted in line with customer service level agreements/Company policy.
* Prompt response to customer issues to ensure customer relationships are maintained.
* Good administration and housekeeping always maintained.
Qualifications
* Good level of education with proven experience in a security environment (Desirable).

* Good knowledge of security/operations activities (Desirable).
