Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support and intervention to Key Stage 2 (KS2) students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans to address specific learning needs.
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to help students achieve their educational goals.
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Required Qualifications:
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrated experience working with SEN students in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working with SEN students in a school environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN educational strategies and interventions.
* Strong ability to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
* Proficiency in assessing student needs and developing appropriate learning plans.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility required to meet student needs.
* Work primarily in a learners home setting, collaborating with teachers and support staff.
