The company operates in the private lettings and student lettings space. With your previous experience (preferred but not essential) you will relish the the opportunity to operate within a busy office assisting with all aspects of Residential Lettings. As the Lettings Negotiator you will ideally already possess strong agency knowledge and be comfortable in all scenarios. Combining your ability to build rapport quickly with tenants and landlords and to present to very high standards, you will bring further success and added value to our client's portfolio.
