Your new role
General Duties:
Management of Services: Oversee staff, care planning, safeguarding, communications, report writing, and quality compliance.
Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational policies, providing feedback on their effectiveness.
Legal Compliance: Comply with various legal and regulatory requirements, including the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
Community Engagement: Develop relationships within the community to support outcomes for looked-after children.
Staff Development: Ensure staff have the necessary skills and qualifications, and lead the home in an inspiring manner.
Monitoring and Reporting: Produce reports and evaluations as required, ensuring equality and diversity principles are embedded.
