Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Gatwick Area
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, 1 Saturday shift per month (4 hours)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Please note that a valid driving licence is required for this role, as it entails moving vehicles.

Responsibilities:
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers on arrival and assisting them with their bookings
* Acting as the main point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries
* Taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate department
* Completing and processing all administration tasks
* Liaising with different departments regarding work in progress
* Dealing with any customer queries and providing timely solutions
* Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
