Engineering & Environment Coordinator
Salary up to £33,364 + additional benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Engineering & Environment Coordinator to join the Supply Chain and Operations Engineering and Environment team where you will work to find solutions and ensure we are able to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. The role is responsible for day-to-day administration in line with company processes and policies.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage the engineering and environment requirements on internal portal, including uploading any new forms/ procedures and ensuring all documentation is valid and up to date
2. Raise PO’s and manage through to invoice, ensuring payment is timely- Liaising with prospective vendors to get the correct forms completed so they can be sent to Procurement.
3. Ensure engineering remains legally compliant with electrical testing, racking inspections, testing of lifting equipment, fire risk assessments as and when required
What we are looking for:
4. PC Literate with experience of using Excel, Word, Outlook
5. Knowledge of SAP
6. Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively
7. Reliable and co-operative, demonstrating understanding of teamwork/interdependency.
