We are recruiting for an administrator to join the Demand and Inventory team at a leading manufacturing client in the aerospace industry, based at their depot, not too far from Derby City Centre. The role will be to join a busy purchasing department supporting with a variety of admin tasks on an initial temporary ongoing basis.
Hours of Work:
Monday-Thursday: (Apply online only)

Day to Day includes;
Order book uploads into the ERP system
Raising of manual sales orders
Liaising with production supervisors to aid planners with critical part status
Basic purchasing functions
Running reports to support various commercial functions
General office administration dutiesAbout you…
Previous experience in a purchasing department essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Work
Confident and adaptable to different CRM’s and IT systems
Ability to manage and organize own daily workload to meet deadlines
