Order Management Specialist
We have an opportunity for an Order Management Specialist to join us at Combisafe, in Northampton, where you will be responsible for providing coordination between Customers, Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance. The internal sales colleagues generate sales by providing the customer with quotations, technical and commercial advice, and efficient order fulfilment. Effective performance in this role is business critical for the company to meet and exceed its sales revenue goals. The role is a vital interface that customers have with Combisafe and its efficient execution greatly influences the customers' perception of the company and their willingness to buy and rent our products.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
Our Safety and productivity solutions help create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficient supply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and help meet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics, software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human and automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Experience focused interactions, providing sales/technical information to customers and acting as liaison for communication with field sales team/engineering.
* Processing of orders/quotes into SAP & CRM operating system & associated tasks (reporting +).
* Processing of Billing run in SAP & CRM operating system, associated billing queries for Hire and Sale orders.
* Coordination with Warehouse/Logistics on deliveries/rental collections to customers.
* Encourage and Embrace HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems) on site and in the office (5s, Kaizen, Gemba, HSE, Honeywell Behaviors).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably in the construction industry, having been focused on customer experience/excellence.
* Experience in the processing of orders/quotes/invoices into ERP operating system & associated tasks (reporting +) ideally SAP but not essential.
* Ability to work and organize workload independently, high level of integrity and demonstrated portrayal of the Honeywell behaviors.
