SEND Teacher – Full-Time Temporary – Morpeth
Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We’re looking for a Full-Time Temporary SEND Teacher to join our team in Morpeth!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND, ensuring that each student is given the support and encouragement they need to succeed. You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated support staff to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all students can reach their potential.
What we’re looking for:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience working with SEND students (or a strong desire to support diverse learning needs)
* A creative and flexible approach to lesson planning and delivery
* Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
* The ability to create an inclusive, supportive, and fun learning environment
What you’ll do:
* Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of SEND students
* Offer tailored support to students to help them progress academically and socially
* Collaborate with a team of teaching assistants and support staff
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
* Provide a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes learning for all students
