ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone .
Other responsibilities will include:
* Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard.
* Supporting with the process of show rounds.
* Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
* Assisting the Home Administrator as required.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do .
Our ideal candidate must:
* Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
* Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.
* Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
