To be considered for a role as a Teaching Assistant in Bristol you need to be able to use your own initiative and confidently support students with their learning as well as doing what's best for their well being. You should be able to think outside the box, and adapt to situations when required. Be aware that this role may include behaviour management within the classroom during lessons.
