Family Inclusion Worker
Full Time, Permanent - 37 hours, Monday to Friday
This is an outreach position, you will be based at the service on Bromley road, but required to work between the services in the area.
To provide targeted and specialist interventions based on the whole family approach to children, young people, parents, carers & families who have been affected by drug or alcohol use. This role will be based between young people and adult services, to support the whole family.
To deliver a range of high-quality direct and indirect services to support the needs of children, young people, parents, carers, and families in relation to complex substance use and recovery, through assessments, group work facilitation, recovery planning, case management, and one-to-one interventions.
Work closely with colleagues across the Haringey Treatment system to ensure identification of parents, children, young people, and families for Family Inclusion Work. This includes publicising the service to colleagues, attending team meetings, undertaking joint assessments, and joint support work where appropriate.
Ideally, candidates will have experience in supporting families, using a whole families approach, strong safeguarding knowledge, and understanding of substance misuse.
