The role can offer hybrid working - 4 days onsite and 1 day home per week.
Job Description
Working at a busy Distribution site, reporting to a HR Manager, the role of People Advisor is a busy and fast-paced generalist role, supporting a wide range of stakeholders with the full people lifecycle including but not limited to:
1. Deliver HR support and advice to managers and employees.
2. Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
3. Foster a positive working environment through effective team development practices.
4. Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
6. Handle high volume and complex employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
7. Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
8. Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar People/HR Advisor role.
