We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to inquiries.
2. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Answer phone calls and emails, take reservations and manage guest information.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and report generation.
5. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Familiarity with computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systems.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
