This role will see you lead a small team while being responsible for the operational functions of the branch and compliance with company values, processes, and procedures.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing and contributing to the financial performance of the branch.
* Working with customers to support their business requirements.
* Managing staff performance and operations.
* Focusing on business improvement.
* Maintaining a safe working environment through compliance with company values and procedures.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
* Leadership and people management skills, including demonstrated ability to successfully drive a team to meet business objectives.
* High level of business management skills, including developing budgets, sales forecasts, expense management, and financial reporting.
* Strong organisational skills, with particular emphasis on planning and directing operations within strict timeframes.
* Highly developed customer-focused sales experience, including promoting that focus within the team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively engage with a range of different people.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Compliance with company values, procedures, and processes.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the role will work closely with the existing team at the Branch, the Muirs team nationally, and external suppliers.
