About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for both permanent and casual roles across our venues. Working as part of a team of three and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across UK locations.
2. Coordinating job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
3. Liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
4. Ensuring a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and process efficiency.
5. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting compliance with hiring policies.
6. Shortlist and screen candidates to ensure hiring managers receive the most suitable talent.
7. Drive improvements in Time to Hire (TTH) and actively reduce reliance on recruitment agencies.
8. Create engaging and compelling job adverts and descriptions to attract top candidates.
9. Manage reference checks and employment screening processes efficiently.
10. Support the team in scoping and implementing a new ATS system to enhance recruitment operations.
11. Assist with salary benchmarking, interview question development, market insights, and talent data reporting.
