ROLE: Video Editor
Rare opportunity for a winter sport focused Video Editor to join a London based start up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Edit high-quality videos for web, app, YouTube, and social media platforms.
2. Create visually engaging stories that resonate with audiences.
3. Synchronise audio, colour grade, and refine footage to deliver polished final products.
4. Collaborate with producers, motion designers, and other team members to align with the creative vision.
5. Maintain consistent quality and brand voice across all content formats.
Skills & Experience
1. Experience of video editing in commercial, documentary, or action sports shown on a reel/portfolio.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
3. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
4. Passion for and experience editing snow sports or outdoor content.
5. Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in snowsports content - avid consumer of snowsports media.
6. Interest in social media and YouTube - experience understanding editing trends and techniques to keep audience interest across a variety of platforms.
Salary & Benefits
