Registered Manager Location: Stoke on Trent Salary: £37000 to £42000 I am supporting a leading mental health charity in their search for a passionate Registered Manager to oversee a small residential care home supporting adults with complex mental illness in Stoke-On-Trent. Essential Skills and Experience: Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or working towards it). Experience: 2 years in operational management in health/social care. Knowledge: CQC standards and person-centred service delivery. Leadership: Effective supervision and management of staff. Direct Experience: Supporting people with severe mental illness. Agency Work: Experience with statutory agencies. Key Duties: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the care home. Staff Supervision: Lead, supervise, and support the care team. Compliance: Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations. Care Planning: Develop and implement person-centred care plans. Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and statutory agencies. Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve service quality and outcomes.
