Senior Bookkeeper
Location: Full-time, In-Office (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
About the Role:
As our in-house Bookkeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a high-responsibility position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing financial data at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT submissions
2. Preparing monthly management reports and supporting annual accounts
3. Managing and updating financial data within our CRM system
4. Ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready
5. Liaising with external accountants and internal stakeholders
6. Supporting operational tasks and process improvements
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a high-level bookkeeping role
2. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Joblogic, simPRO, Service Channel, and Verisae)
3. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis)
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
5. Comfortable with various accounting and business software (Xero)
6. Excellent communication and time management skills
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
