Who You'll Be Working for: A well-known food and beverage company, trusted and dynamic player in the global flavourings, extracts and essences market.
You will be working as part of our Customer Service team. Involved in all aspects of Import and export operations communication and the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential to deliver excellence to our customers.
The role is varied with freight being moved between locations worldwide in a fast- moving environment under time pressures.
The import/export administrator will be responsible for ensuring the business complies with HMRC regulations.
Facilitating internal control, training, audits and compliance related activities.
Import/Export Administrator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:
1. Plans and oversees the flow of goods for international and domestic traffic
2. Production of all necessary export paperwork and product declarations, filing tariffs, bills of lading, licence agreements
