Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with a Secondary School in the heart of Trafford who are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join their team on a full-time basis in November until the end of the academic year, July 2025 (8:30am – 3:30pm).
This is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. A successful applicant has the opportunity to earn up to £1850PCM (depending on experience).
Key role responsibilities:
- Working closely with various school departments to identify and support those students who would benefit from additional help.
- Champion students who are academically gifted and need pushing in order to excel.
- Providing 1:1 tutor support and interventions with small groups.
- Offering detailed feedback on student progress and development to teachers and parents.
- It is essential that applicants can be patient and are willing to build relationships with students who are disengaged
The school is looking for a reliable and organised Graduate to support all school departments and help to resolve any issues proactively. It is essential that applicants are approachable in order for them to connect with students from a variety of different backgrounds.
In addition, the school is situated in the heart of Trafford, in Stretford, and has lots of public transport options which make it very accessible. Applicants with a vehicle would find the commute from surrounding city areas easy, and there is a secure car park onsite for members of staff.
