Title: Interim Payroll Manager (9 Month FTC)Salary: £65,000 p/aLocation: LeedsJGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Interim Payroll Manager to its team for a 9 Month FTC.Responsibilities include:
* Setting up and monitoring team KPIs
* Building a strong reputation for the payroll team within the business
* Managing relationships with internal teams
* Managing HRMC queries
* Managing complex payroll requirements
* Managing year end and other statutory returns
* Ensuring all upgrades to payroll system are conducted in a timely manner
* Ensuring all new pay elements are implemented and tested
* Conduct integrity checks on the system
* Participating in projects to develop processes identifying improvements
* Undertaking any other duties appropriate to the role
Skills & experience required:
1. Payroll Manager experience
2. Experience with Sage payroll
3. Experience managing a team
4. Ability to identify problems and offer solutions
5. Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
