About You
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer-facing role in a visitor attraction, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
Ideally, you will also have experience in:
1. Supervising a team to deliver consistently high standards.
2. Generating profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
3. Working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen, and labelling legislation.
Experience of working in a food and beverage role and an awareness of food safety and allergens would help, but it isn't essential as full training will be provided. For us, it's more important that you have bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.
Interviews will be held on Thursday the 10th of April 2025 at Belsay Hall.
