Working in Headstart Residential Care Children’s Homes means being an integral part of a young person’s day to day life.
Our homes accommodate young autistic people, who can have a range of additional needs and previous experiences. Our vision is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. This is all made possible because our service is holistic, therapeutic and caters for our young people’s developmental needs. Our home and therapeutic team help to holistically support our young people by weaving together all aspects of SEND provision.
