Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Forensic Fire Surveyor to lead and develop a team of Forensic Fire Surveyors as part of the establishment of a Wales Site Team. This team will address the growing demand driven by our appointment to key Welsh Government frameworks and schemes.
In this pivotal role, you will take responsibility for team management, providing training, mentorship, and guidance to support the personal and professional development of team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for conducting detailed site inspections and reporting, working collaboratively with fire engineers, building owners, and contractors to develop and implement effective remediation plans. Your work will include thorough assessments of building cladding systems and passive fire protection measures to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act and other relevant standards and guidance documents.
This role is primarily site and office-based, with the flexibility to work from home as required.
