We are currently recruiting for Triage Handlers for one of our long-standing clients, Aviva. Your role as a Covid Pledge Triage Handler will involve speaking with contacting customers who use Avivas Private Healthcare/Medical Insurance. The reason for calling will be to discuss the refunds that are owed to them, due to not being able to use their premium plans throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, as private hospitals were taken over by the NHS to help the most vulnerable patients. Main Duties will include: Speaking with customers via phone, email and text Discussing their refund amounts and ensuring they have received their cheques Ensuring customers are going to cash their cheque in and understanding the reasons behind why some customers had not yet cashed their cheques Handling all calls with compassion, professionalism and empathy Successful Candidates: Experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls Hard-working, reliable and enthusiastic Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstration of a caring and compassionate nature, whilst approaching the subject of the call with a friendly and approachable demeanour Working Hours, Pay Rates and Other Information: You will be required to work Monday to Friday, either 9am until 4:30pm or 9:30am until 5pm. The hourly rate will be £13.14 per hour, with the option to be paid either weekly or monthly paid whilst working through Pertemps. The role is being offered on a temporary basis. The assignment is due to last for a couple of months, although the client is looking to take people on permanent at the end of the temporary period, this is not guaranteed. The role is being offered on a remote basis; however it is compulsory that youre able to attend the office if necessary.
