Pennyhill Primary School is a large primary school with amazing children, families, and staff in West Bromwich. We are passionate about providing high quality and varied learning that inspires, raises aspirations, and enriches lives, enabling all children to achieve their full potential.
We are now looking to appoint an excellent, experienced Learning Support Practitioner to join our hardworking team. You must have the experience and expertise to enhance the learning of different groups of pupils and a desire to work with individuals who have complex needs.
The post is currently offered on a fixed-term contract until July 2026, in the first instance. This is a full-time position of 33.5 hours (term time plus 5 days).
You will need to:
1. Be self-motivated and dedicated to supporting both groups and individual children.
2. Be calm, patient, caring, and nurturing.
3. Enjoy working with children who have additional needs, praising small steps of progress.
4. Work well with other adults.
