Cluster Meeting & Events Coordinator, Malmaison
Rate of Pay / Hours: £24,856 per Annum plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:
* Manage M&E enquiries with the joint interest of both hotels in mind, ensuring business is negotiated for the hotel that is deemed to be most suited for that opportunity and in line with their business needs.
* Drive occupancy and revenue from the meetings and events spaces within the hotel(s).
* Drive catering revenues in all areas within the hotel(s).
* Create clear event documentation and ensure the smooth running of events.
* Support the Cluster Meetings & Events Manager with activities and needs, to optimise relationships and revenue production.
* Support the conversion of enquiries via the CSO.
* Support the weekly M&E forecast by creating business blocks to the required standard and with accurate revenue forecasts for each block.
* Achieve annual and quarterly KRAs, revenue targets and hotel budgets.
* Collate feedback post event and take a proactive role in rebook calls to past hotel events for both Malmaison & hotel Du Vin.
* Chase up leads and support conversion & telesales events.
* Complete competitor visits & calls to other venues in the city on a weekly basis to ensure we have the most up to date competitor information.
* Be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service.
* Develop and maintain the respect of guests, staff and management.
* Work effectively and contribute as a Cluster team with the M&E Manager and M&E Coordinators.
* Work according to the SOPs within the brand, ensuring adoption of best practice.
