We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Reward Advisor to join our team and make a real impact You'll play a crucial role in providing specialist reward and data support, driving the People Plan and shaping strategies across all our business areas. So, What’s the Mission? Focusing on day-to-day reward activity and supporting the wider team, you will play a critical part in the delivery of our reward plan and ensure our colleagues get maximum value from their benefits package. You will provide data insights and reports to stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and rewards, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning. You will also support our HR Information Systems team to enhance and maintain the reporting capability required by leaders in our business. Your mission is to: Improve our reward processes: Support key activities like pay reviews, benefits renewals, and job evaluations. Manage important reporting, such as the Gender Pay Gap, and ensure our reward package remains competitive. Leverage data: Identify trends, deliver insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support HR and business strategies Drive improvements: Simplify processes, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance the employee experience Support the team: Act as a trusted advisor on reward principles, work effectively with suppliers and handle legislative changes confidently What are the mission-critical skills? We’re looking for someone who: Knows reward: Has experience in a reward role or HR generalist role with exposure to reward processes, including job evaluation, pay reviews, and employee benefits Loves data : Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, IF formulas). Power BI experience is a plus, or you’re ready to learn Communicates effectively: Tailors complex data and insights to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders, HR teams, and employees Collaborates and adapts: Builds strong relationships, thrives in a changing environment, and manages competing priorities with ease Continuously improves: Challenges inefficiencies, proposes solutions and demonstrates a proactive mindset What’s in it for you?
