Salary: 35,000 - 35,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Solid experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and virtualization.
* Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus, but a strong mindset and quick learning ability are equally valued.
* A proactive attitude, constantly seeking to expand your skill set and take initiatives.
* A growth mindset, whether you are already a seasoned 3rd Line Technician or a capable 2nd Line Technician ready to step up.
* Strong people skills, able to translate technical jargon into clear, approachable language for clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
* Own the toughest problems by handling escalations from 1st and 2nd Line teams, ensuring timely resolutions for complex technical issues.
* Manage client infrastructure by overseeing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
* Deliver tailored solutions by collaborating with your team and clients to recommend and implement technical solutions that keep businesses secure and productive.
* Drive continuous improvement by suggesting new tools, processes, and best practices to keep everyone one step ahead.
* Mentor and support your colleagues, nurturing a culture of learning and collaboration.
