Job Description
Our client, based in Nottinghamshire, is currently recruiting for 2 ER Advisors on a 4-5 fixed-term contract. The salary for this position will be up to £34,000 per annum, and offers a wide range of benefits including 20% off certain retailers, 24/7 access to confidential wellbeing and 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching line managers on a variety of employee relations issues.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Supporting the HR Business Partner and providing proactive support on a wide range of employee relations issues
2. Providing guidance, help and advice to employees requiring assistance, in respect of company policies and procedures and employment legislation
3. Adopting a positive employee relations approach to support, coach and upskill managers to fulfil their people management responsibilities
4. Providing advice and operational support on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
5. Supporting with TUPE and redundancy consultation processes when necessary
6. Dealing proactively with absence management; assisting with identification and resolution of long-term sickness issues and problematic cases, monitoring KPIs and trends to propose preventative measures
7. Managing an allocated employee relations case load
