Flourish Education are recruiting for a SEN TA for a 1:1 role to work in a 1-form entry Primary school in the Telford area. This ‘outstanding’ Ofsted-rated school needs a full-time Teaching Assistant to work with a child in Year 2 with Autism and challenging behaviour. Candidates for this role will need to have previous experience working with Autistic children and managing challenging behaviour, as well as recent experience working with children at KS1 level. SEN qualifications are not required but desirable. This full-time TA role will start in September 2025 and run until the end of the autumn half term – potential extensions will be considered after this time. Typical hours of 08:30 – 3:30 apply.
