Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Foster a supportive and respectful environment, promoting independence and dignity
Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand and meet their unique needs
Qualifications:
Compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and flexibility
Previous care experience is advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided
Drivers will be given preference
