An opportunity has arisen for full time Receptionist/Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the onsite ARAMARK Facilities Management team providing a service for our oil & gas client in the city centre. You will be based at CNR, St Magus House, Guild Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6NJ.

This is a full-time temporary position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
The hourly rate is £12.88. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

A day in the life of a Receptionist / Administrator:
The main duties are (but are not limited to):
1. Dealing with incoming calls to reception via Switchboard
2. Greeting of visitors, ensuring all visitors are met by their host
3. Dealing with Emergency Response
4. Administration of meeting room bookings and stationery
5. Updating floor plans
6. Dealing with incoming requests to the FM Helpdesk, working closely with onsite maintenance and hygiene teams to ensure appropriate delegation & completion of various tasks/requests
7. Operating in Maximo i.e. creating purchase orders, placing orders, processing invoices
8. Focal point for all Business Framework queries i.e. publishing, updating, withdrawing company procedures
You will be set up for success if you have:
Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
Excellent communication skills.
Are computer literate.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable however full training will be given.
