Job Title: Transformations Analyst (Central Finance)
Location: Peterborough/Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Do you enjoy working on projects, focusing on continuous improvement, automating processes and enhancing user experience? Do you have great stakeholder management with clear communication skills?
We are seeking a motivated and engaged Analyst to join the Central Finance Transformations team to be an integral part of delivering the Central Finance pipeline of continuous improvement projects.
Working with central finance, AB Agri divisions and third-party suppliers to design, build and implement better ways of working by utilising technology and streamlining processes.
What you'll be doing:
1. Develop an understanding of our existing finance processes and system landscape as a building block for transformational change.
2. Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to simplify processes, automate processes, or eliminate “work‐arounds” to transform central finance processes.
3. Work collaboratively across the AB Agri businesses, building effective working relationships with teams to deliver transformation within end-to-end processes and to embed change across central finance.
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement, working with relevant stakeholders to enforce and implement positive change to improve user experience.
5. Support the definition and implementation of new processes for key business strategic initiatives.

6. Willingness to broaden knowledge base and contribute significantly.
7. Driving license will be required for travelling to sites.
