Office manager / Team Administrator
Based; London SW8 - Nine Elms
Our Nine Elms sales office require an Office Manager / Team Administrator to provide first-class administrative support and assistance to the team, within an Estate Agency operation, with a keen emphasis on sales administration.
This role requires previous Secretarial or Administrative experience, ideally within an estate agency or real estate environment. They will require good front-of-house skills, and excellent organisational ability.

What this job involves:
* Providing support to the sales team.
* Attend to emails, mails and messages from clients and colleagues, and telephone liaison; answering and making calls on behalf of the team.
* Daily and efficient office management, including coordinating diaries/meetings/conference calls.
* General office duties including, maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning and typing of reports, letters, faxes, etc.
* Registering incoming enquiries, should the team be otherwise engaged.
* Producing registration cards, property details, and invoices.
* Sales database management (CRM).
* Sales paperwork and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
* Managing client and customer due diligence checks (AML/KYC).
* Assist in organising client events, i.e. lunches and client entertaining.
* Displaying window cards.
* Booking photos.
* Ordering brochures.
* Uploading property particulars.
* Assisting the manager with marketing campaigns, both large and small.
* Overseeing digital advertising and portal website management (Rightmove, Zoopla, Lonres etc).
* Data entry.
* Invoicing .

* Previous experience in an Estate Agency environment preferred.
* Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook .
* Ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
* Proven organisational skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Excellent telephone manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients.
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions when necessary.
* Accurate typing.
* Correspondence writing skills (including letters).
* Self-motivated – somebody who is pro-active and shows initiative
* Experience of working processes within an estate agency environment.
* Somebody who is comfortable working company systems and implementing new processes
