As an organisation, we recognise the value of a healthy work-life balance. When applying, speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate flexible working, so your work life fits around your home life.

What’s in it for you?
* Recruitment and retention premium up to £20,000 including an initial welcome bonus.
* Relocation allowance and support up to £8,000.
* Negotiable job plans up to a maximum of 12PAs.
* Ability to pursue specialist interests e.g. research, teaching, leadership, split job plans, and cross-specialty working.
The post is advertised as a 10PA job plan with options to increase or negotiate time for specialist interest. We welcome applications from candidates on the CESR pathway and are supportive of less than full-time working as well as flexible working requests.
You will have a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of the service. You will be joining an enthusiastic, collaborative multi-disciplinary team committed to driving forward the Trust vision for Acute Medicine.
Our service is comprised of a 39 bedded Acute Medical Unit, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) unit, and the management of the Medical Take. Acute Medicine works closely with colleagues in the Emergency Department, Care of the Elderly, Respiratory Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, and Hepatology.
