Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the classroom? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the heart of Wokingham.
About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll work closely with teachers to support children’s learning, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. Your role will be vital in helping pupils achieve their full potential – academically, socially, and emotionally.
✅ What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – essential
* Experience supporting children in an educational setting
* A warm, nurturing approach with strong communication skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be flexible
