Role Description
Our client is seeking a Service Delivery / Legionella Compliance Manager for a full-time role. This position may suit an experienced Technician or Risk Assessor looking to progress, with training provided.
The role involves managing compliance and service delivery within the Legionella Control department. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring compliance with Legionella Control Association (LCA) standards
2. Maintaining effective communication with clients (via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone)
3. Planning and overseeing projects
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Assessing the competency of staff and quality of completed work
6. Performing Legionella Risk Assessments or Legionella Monitoring & Maintenance tasks for Hot & Cold Water Services (on occasion)
Qualifications
* Experience in service delivery management
* Relevant certifications or training in Legionella compliance
* Background in plumbing, water management, or a related field
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, particularly related to cleaning and disinfection
* Proficiency in Legionella Monitoring & Maintenance for Hot & Cold Water Services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
