Job summary The post holder will provide leadership and support for the Delegated Commissioning, Adult Eating Disorder and CAMHS Tier 4 Provider Collaboratives. The post holder's overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support an effective management of a portfolio of specialist services commissioning. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide professional leadership in the coordination of the Complex care panel at SABP in the preparation and processing of applications for the panel. Complex care funding applications are specific for individuals whose needs are not met by the standard commissioned pathways of care. The Complex care panel will provide clinical expertise to support decision making for complex care treatments and placements. The post holder will be responsible for the processing and management of referrals into the Provider Collaboratives. This will include bed finding activities under the guidance of case managers.
