Key Responsibilities of Complex Needs Support Worker: Assist in the development and implementation of individualised support plans for individuals with complex needs. Provide one-on-one and small group support to individuals with complex needs. Monitor and assess progress, provide feedback to relevant parties and adjust support strategies as necessary. Collaborate with other support staff and families to ensure a cohesive approach to development. Create a positive and inclusive environment. Use a variety of methods to engage and motivate individuals. Maintain accurate records of progress and report to relevant parties. Requirements of Complex Needs Support Worker: Prior experience in a similar role is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the community. Deep commitment to helping individuals with complex needs. Relevant qualifications or training in complex needs support preferred. To work with us as a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will need: The right to work in the UK.
