NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT PERMENANT, FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME ROLES AVAILABLE £13.93 – £14.46 PER HOUR £27,955 - £29,030 PER ANNUM (Based on 44hrs) MUCH HADHAM, HERTFORDSHIRE We are looking for individuals to join our friendly night team to deliver high quality person centred care and support to our children and young adults. What you’ll be doing Providing personal care to children and young adults Supporting individuals in achieving their full potential Maintaining records relating to the care and support provided Promoting physical and emotional support and well-being Carrying out domestic duties, including cooking, cleaning and other tasks vital to maintaining a clean and tidy home environment Administering medication (after training) What we can offer Full-time or part-time hours available – (two, three or four shifts per week) 10 or 11 hour shifts from 8.30pm/9.30pm – 7.30am rolling rota over 8 nights Starting salary of £13.93 per hour 24 nights’ annual leave (based on full-time hours) Career pathway including registration onto a qualifications Onsite training and assessment team delivering a variety of learning opportunities and development opportunities Based at our beautiful countryside location in Much Hadham Eligible for Blue Light card and other health and leisure discounts Free onsite parking Paid enhanced DBS terms and conditions apply What we are looking for You'll be passionate about supporting children and young people to ensure they reach their goals and have the best possible futures.
