7.4 hours daily between 08.30am and 7pm and weekend work on occasion will be required.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
1. Work directly with children, young people and families in the home and across the Family Hubs Network to deliver activities, primarily to isolated and vulnerable groups, and identify those who would benefit from early help support.
2. Support families on the Enhanced Pathway for Parents in partnership with Health Visitors and midwifery, as well as being part of a Team Around a Family when appropriate.
3. Improve outcomes for vulnerable children, young people and their families specifically in relation to the Company’s Key Performance Indicators and the DfE ask in terms of Family Hubs, in particular around the home learning environment, parenting and infant feeding.
